Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for various positions across the company.Design and implement employee training and development programs to improve performance and competencies.Develop, update, and enforce employee and departmental SOPs and KPIs.Prepare reports related to HR performance and employee management.Handle employee attendance records, overtime, payment of BPJS and ensure accurate and timely payroll processingDevelop employer branding with team
Qualifications:
Having at least 2 years experience in the HR field as a Coordinator of HR Generalist (Fashion Industry more desire)Having deep knowledge about Indonesia Labor LawExcellent problem solving, negotiation, analytical, and decision making skills.Having good communication and interaction with the Employee and BOD.Excellent at Handle HRISPlacement: On-site Jakarta Barat
