Qualifications:

·Bachelor degree in Law/Human Resources

·5+years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

·Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

·Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

·Abilty to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility:

·Develops and implements all relevant Human Capital policies and procedures.

·Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs

·Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and represent the company in negotiations and mediations

·Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation

·Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll

·Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
